He is always quick to get information for you and easy to setup appointments with. The house he sold for me he was quick to get it on the market and setup an open house. My wife and I would highly recommend David as an agent. We were in a market where we got above asking price for our home so negotiation was a minor part of the process. However, when it came to negotiating with the buyer after inspection David did a good job. When it comes to local knowledge of the Portland Metro area and what is happening in the real estate realm I don't think you could find anyone more knowledgable. David gave good advice for staging our home and throughout the entire selling process and answered all of our questions and concerns and he even brought by donuts for the movers on the day of moving. We would call on David again to buy or sell a home without reservations.
